The IQAS Manual is an official document of IQAS and serves as a guide for its implementation. It consists of task sections referred to as processes, which aim to fulfill the requirements of the relevant quality standard of HAHE. The processes take into account elements called input data, which are necessary for the operation of the process.
The results of the process are called output data. Each process is internally evaluated both in terms of its own functionality and its effectiveness (i.e., whether it leads to sufficient results that justify its existence). The procedure is the way in which the process is implemented. The procedure has a start, an end, and stages or steps.
Procedures include steps that must be followed to achieve the expected outcome of the process. A more detailed description of the steps of the procedures may also be provided through relevant work instructions, which are listed in the appendix of the Manual.
The documentation of processes is achieved through the necessary documents and forms.
